MMCV 是一个面向计算机视觉的基础库，它提供了以下功能：

图像和视频处理
图像和标注结果可视化
图像变换
多种 CNN 网络结构
高质量实现的常见 CUDA 算子

缺点：mmcv与pytorch和cuda有版本兼容的问题

验证pytorch和cuda版本、

命令：
